Data Entry Clerk

PART TIME: Monday through Friday, up to 30 hours per week.

Established Construction & Development firm is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data into our systems and databases. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data records, which are essential for various operational and decision-making processes within the organization.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately and efficiently into the company's databases and systems

- Data entry of work orders into the Project Management database

- Data entry of invoices into the Accounting Management database

- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors promptly

- Assist in the preparation and generation of reports, spreadsheets, and other data-related documents as needed

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

- Perform occasional diverse and advanced administrative duties

This opportunity is a Part Time, in-office position located at our downtown Santa Barbara studio.

Monday through Friday, with flexible hours, up to 30 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
