What You'll Do
This is a temporary Data Entry position that will require the individual to work on location in Cypress, CA from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position will consist of Data Entry, reviewing and assessing information, and assisting and following up on requests.
- Manage inventory reports - Data Entry, report summary, item review for replenishment, and bi-weekly send out to Merchandisers
- On the spot inventory look up and advising availability for Sales and Merchandisers
- OSS/WIP entry update - Data Entry, updates, and review based on requests from production leads
- PO entry - enter purchase orders into AS400 and update shipping status based off of packing slips
- Unity order and pull sheet updates and creation - enter pull sheets and update Unity with order information. Follow up with Account Managers and Warehouse staff on order issues and pull sheets being pulled on time
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Previous Data Entry experience strongly preferred
- Strong data processing skills – typing skills of 40+ wpm and 10 key by touch
- Must be able to utilize computers, software systems and tools
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- Inventory experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
