Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting data from a variety of sources into our company database. Accuracy and efficiency are key, and the ideal candidate is able to work quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities
Input and update data into our company database
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Retrieve and prepare data for analysis and reporting
Assist with data quality control and data cleansing
Perform regular database backups and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
Fast typing skills and strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of database systems and MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
