Data Entry Clerk/Admin Support Job Purpose includes but not limited to: Maintaining database by entering new and updating customers/vendors account information and assisting office personnel with scanning, filing, pulling documents, etc.

Data Entry Clerk/Admin Support Job Duties:

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Maintain Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Search for needed documents physically and on Network as needed
• Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Reviewing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 3 years (Preferred)
• MRP: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Perris, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
