Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the strong relationships we have with our industrial customers. The selected candidate will play a key role in processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with selected customers and sales staff.
• Record and process orders and inquiries via email, telephone, and online channels.
• Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and sales staff to ensure responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the entire Becker team to exceed customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers and distributors on order status, shipping information, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer correspondence through Salesforce.
• Demonstrate Becker values and commitment to quality products and service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant/equivalent Customer Service work experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities with sound and accurate judgment.
• Effective collaboration with peers and senior management.
