The Mason BMV is expanding its already amazing team! We are looking for a friendly and upbeat candidate to join our team in providing exceptional Customer Service to Mason area residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for processing driver license and vehicle registration transactions, collecting reinstatement payments/documents, and other key tasks.
Shift is a mix of 8am-5pm, 8am-2pm, and 11am-5pm M-F with alternating Saturdays from 8am-12pm (36-40 hours per week)
Excellent punctuation and attendance are essential to success in this position, and exceptional Customer Service skills and attention to detail are a must.
Ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience (although not necessary) and demonstrate the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
