- We are a home medical equipment company that provides wheelchairs, CPaps and other home medical equipment.
We are currently seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our Homecare Department. This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location. We are willing to train the right person. Miller's is a flexible work environment that rates very highly for work/life balance. We will also provide training to develop your skills for today and for the future.
In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:·
Communicate by telephone, email, and fax with clients and referral sources
· Help maintain client files with complete documentation and notes
· Help answer questions for clients and referral sources
· Respond to all internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
· Assist clients in our showroom
· Committed to providing exceptional Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
