Customer Service Representative

We provide medical supplies to Home Health and Hospice patients all over Ohio, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Job responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls (20-30 per day)
- Communicating with nurses and agencies in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately recording patient demographics
- Taking verbal orders for medical supplies
- Providing order status and tracking packages
- Referring orders to outside agencies based on insurance
- Data entry
- Entering phone, fax, and email orders into the system
- Managing and maintaining patient and account information
- Following privacy guidelines to ensure HIPAA compliance
Hours: 8:30am-5p Monday-Friday in office.
30 minute unpaid lunch during shift
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- 5 or more years office, call center, or data entry experience (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (required)
- Experience with Sage or another ERP system (recommended)
- Ability to multitask (required)
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check (required)
Wage:
- $18.00 per hour.
