Job responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls (20-30 per day)
• Communicating with nurses and agencies in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately recording patient demographics
• Taking verbal orders for medical supplies
• Providing order status and tracking packages
• Referring orders to outside agencies based on insurance
• Data entry
• Entering phone, fax, and email orders into the system
• Managing and maintaining patient and account information
• Following privacy guidelines to ensure HIPAA compliance

Hours: 8:30am-5p Monday-Friday in office.
30 minute unpaid lunch during shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• 5 or more years office, call center, or data entry experience (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (required)
• Experience with Sage or another ERP system (recommended)
• Ability to multitask (required)
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check (required)

Wage:

• $18.00 per hour.
