Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
