SalaryStainless Works/Reaper Off-Road is hiring in our Customer Service Department.
Are you amazing on the phone and able to multitask without missing a beat? Then this career is for you! We are building the best exhaust systems and off-road gear in the business. We need the best support team to help out our customers.
Primarily your job will be delivering world class Customer Service on the phone and processing orders, but you'll also get to do exciting things like troubleshoot fitment/installation problems and communicate lead times between production and customers!
Oh and if you love American muscle cars and/or off-road vehicles, then this is gonna be a home run for you! But if approach angles and displacement are foreign terms for you, that's ok because we can teach you!
What You'll Do:
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Help customers with order status, questions, and returns.
- Input and check orders for completeness, errors, and ship dates/methods
- Process payments
