Miller’s is a well-recognized name in the Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and Youngstown areas. Our Custom Wheelchair department has grown into four full-service locations serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio. At Miller's, Customer Service is our core belief.

We are currently seeking a high-energy and caring person to be a part of our Custom Wheelchair Documentation team. This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location. This job receives weekly pay, every Friday!

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Communicate by telephone, email, and fax with clients and referral sources
• Help maintain client files with complete documentation and notes
• Help answer questions for clients and referral sources
• Respond to all internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policy
• Committed to providing exceptional Customer Service

Additional Requirements:

• High School degree or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good phone skills – pleasant personality on the phone
• Interact well with other employees on team
• Kind and empathetic with clients
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, with numerous interruptions
• Attention to details
• Familiar with insurance rules and policies preferred, but not required
• Must be able to organize duties and follow-up timely
• Critical Thinking - Must be able to make independent decisions
• Willingness to be trained in all pertinent areas

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
