Position Responsibilities:
- Enter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors
- Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe.
- Expedite orders as needed to meet customer’s requested ship date.
- Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries.
- Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer’s needs. Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking.
- Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals. Miscellaneous operations tasks for Work cooperatively with other OTC associates.
- Offer assistance when required.
- Invoice Monthly Billings
- Track Customer Credits
