A medical supply company is seeking a Customer Service Representativeto join their team. This opportunity offers a collaborative team environment, opportunities for advancement with a growing company and competitive wages.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the timely processing of all new patient accounts, coordinate scheduling of services for assigned sales representative, maintain patient files, and the production of all delivery paperwork.
This is a temp to hire - onsite opportunity.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Interact with clients via email, phone and chat
- Accurately input patient information
- Generate delivery paperwork for sales, rental & service orders
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, company policies and procedures
Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year of customer experience working in a call center
- Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge
- Previous billing experience preferred
Pay: $19-21 per hour
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
