Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing quality service that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations. CSR responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner, entering phone, faxed or emailed customer quotes and orders, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.

Requirements

• 2 years of inside sales or Customer Service experience preferred
• Professional communication, both verbal and written
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High School Diploma
• Some knowledge of hydraulic systems and related products helpful but not required

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
