Polycase is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve customer objections with accuracy and efficiency. A successful candidate for this role will have proficient computer skills, good communication, a positive attitude, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. A Customer Service Representative with a manufacturing background is preferred. CSR’s are on the front line of customer engagement and make a significant impact on the overall success of the business.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming orders
- Opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, problems, and product related questions
- Resolving related quote, order, and invoice issues
- Assisting customers to identify the right products/solutions by quickly acquiring product information
- Navigate between web-based systems
- Managing customer communication through various channels: phone, email and web chat
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across various teams
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
