Position Overview: As a Technical Support Team Member at Next Wave CNC, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers with questions they have abour our products. We are seeking a candidate who is a fast learner, adept at problem-solving, and possesses a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail, excel in managing their workload efficiently, meeting deadlines, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. While prior experience is a plus, we are willing to provide training specific to our products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving complex technical issues related to Next Wave CNC products.
- Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Participate in product training sessions and provide training to Team Members.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals..
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Patient and customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. This is an onsite job in our Perrysburg, Ohio office. You would be joining an existing team of five support professionals. The team would help provide training to get you up to speed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
