Job Title:Call Center Customer Service Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and features.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are fully resolved.
- Utilize Call Center software and systems to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with Call Center software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
