Call Center Representative
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys
- Use phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Enter customer data and update records in the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive skills
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads or gather information
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and (multilingual)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
