Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and technical support.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
