The Call Center & Customer Service Support team member will help support all 14 salons by providing excellent Customer Service when booking appointments, troubleshooting for our guests, and resolving client concerns.
Must be available a variety of shifts including day time, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Book appointments for all customers.
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with Customer Service, ensuring all questions, cancellations and confirmations are addressed appropriately.
- Be proactive & solution based when responding to guests' questions and concerns.
- Maintain a professional and articulate tone when communicating with guests, and handling any issues or concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize needs to ensure all guests are responded to in a timely manner and their inquiries resolved.
- Be able to provide details on the brands services, pricing, memberships, & locations to effectively support guest experience.
- Partner with the Shop Managers to support the daily needs of the shop.
- Complete call-logs daily.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- High school degree
