Call Center Customer Service Representative

Midwest Publishing has been around since 1978. We raise funds for various non-profit groups.

We are looking for a couple reps to call “warm” leads. Our ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, comfortable on the phone and has previous sales experience.

The schedule is Full Time: Sunday 9-5:30/Monday-Thursday 12:30-9:00. 40 Hours every week

We offer a performance pay scale. The Base starts at $14 for working 40 hours, but only goes up from there, Our top reps earn $16-$17 per hour.

One of the reasons our job is great because there is zero cold calling! The job is multi-faceted in that some of your time you will be calling people who recently said they would help but haven’t paid yet. You try and get them to pay with a card, or give them the address to mail in a payment. We are NOT bill collectors, these are friendly reminder calls. The other times we are only calling people who have helped before, again there is no cold calling. This isn’t like a lot of phone/sales jobs where you MIGHT make one or two sales a day, here our reps get yes’ all day long! And typically we are only calling people who have given a larger amount so the lead is that much better.
