Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, invoices, and requests

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to handle customer requests and complaints effectively
- Ability to engage in warm calling and telemarketing activities to generate leads
- Knowledge of technical sales and business development strategies
- Familiarity with market trends and technology sales
