Requirements of the Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
College degee prefered
Great Customer Service Skills
Experience of the Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist:
A minimum of one (1) year Business Office and Medicaid Specialist expereince in a Skilled Nusing Facility preferred
Experience with Applying for Long Term Care Medicaid
Experience with RFMS (Resident Trust)
Experience with Collections
Experience with PCC
