Basic Purpose
GA Foods is seeking an experienced Care (Call) Center Representative to join its team at its Clossman Catering location in Hamilton, OH. The ideal Care (Call) Center Representative will be a compassionate and skilled Customer Service professional who is interested in impacting the lives of others. this individual will be a key part of assuring courteous, accurate, and secure processing of customer orders and deliveries.
Care (Call) Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Inbound customer and member orders
- Liaison with the company's Field Service Representatives, along with customers, agencies, and Case Managers
- Data Entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs
Care (Call) Center Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer orientation and focus
- Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience, preferred
- Strong and accurate data entry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and dependability
- Bilingual is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (2 are recommended)
- Headset with microphone, mice, keyboard, etc
- USB 2.0 Camera if not using a laptop that already has a computer (Camera is only required to be on for training, coaching calls, and meetings)
- Internet Speed with a minimum of 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed. Internet provider must be highly stable with a packet loss and latency under 100ms. DSL or Broadband services required. (During working hours media streaming, ripping, media playing, or gaming by the rep or members of the household are not permitted as this will negatively impact your network's performance)
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a desk-bound role with typical office noise; however, frequent movement throughout the office is required. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are daily activities. Some bending and filing may be required (<10% of time). This would require the ability to lift files (<10 lbs.), open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Over 2/3 of Time: See; Sit; Use hands to finger/handle/feel; Talk or Hear.
