This position will assist and support all administrative needs for the Culinary division of the Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and assisting him in the many facets of the operation and contributing to the success and continuity of the Flow of business.

Proficient with pc systems including Microsoft Office suite Advanced research capabilities
Optimal organizational skills Problem solving skills Previous experience with scheduling, ordering, payroll preferred Paycom and Epro experience preferred Past hotel/F&B experience preferred Excellent written & verbal skills required Ability to work independently Flexible, eager to learn new things
Tasks & Duties
Research and development
Work with Chef team on placing orders and inventory; including setting up pars
Creating weekly schedule and approving daily time edits, PTO, etc
Data processing and record keeping
Menu development, standardization of product, creation of SOP's; communicate with all staff regarding necessary information
Work with Chef team on curtailing expenses, and OT
Schedule meetings and attend line-ups as needed
Assist staff, onboard new hires, etc.
Welcome/receive vendors relating to jobs, coordinate visits as needed
Create, control, & monitor all inventory and operating supplies by conducting monthly inventory in addition to ensuring all information in recorded accurately.
Process invoices, and all data entry items
Be center of communication for the department, maintaining great relationships with all departments
Physical Requirements
Must be able to frequently stand up, walk or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 10 lbs
Use a keyboard to operate various computer systems.
