Csr - Customer Service Representative

NCF Savings Bank is a local community bank looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Bank Teller for the Springfield, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting bank transactions for customers, answering incoming calls and providing accurate answers to customer inquiries.
• Promoting the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sell bank products.
• Maintaining account/ customer information, researching account transactions.
• Balancing a teller drawer daily and maintaining a precise balancing record with minor discrepancies.
• Opening new accounts, balancing the ATM and conducting vault teller duties.
• Promoting and maintaining positive relations with customers and coworkers.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications, education and/or experience:

• Ability to provide superior, quality Customer Service
• Prior teller experience is preferred or cash handling experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word along with letter writing skills
• Excellent organization skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
