This job requires a variety of different working skills. An employee must be ready to work closely with the public while maintaining a high level of patience and politeness. A moderate degree of problem solving and memorization of different rules and regulations is also required with our employees (training will be provided in these areas). Also, an employee must be able to work in a busy and high stress environment efficiently for the duration of the work day. Our employees must have at least a high school diploma, along with the knowledge of operating a calculator and computer. An employee must be able to efficiently interact and work with fellow staff members. Lastly, previous work experience is preferred, but is not necessary.
