Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact with candidates to extending job offers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Experience with cold calling and sourcing passive candidates
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
