Corporate Recruiter Admin
Department: Human Resources Job Status: Full-Time Reports to: Recruiting Manager
As the Corporate Recruiting Admin, you will play a key role in our recruiting efforts by supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts that focus primarily on non-exempt level recruiting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open/Close requisitions in ATS for approval and posting.
- High volume interview scheduling for labor and non-exempt positions.
- Maintain and update information within the ATS including job posting templates, transactional activities related to post-offer stage of recruitment processes (e.g., collection and processing of offer paperwork, partnering with HR on missing paperwork, drug screen status, etc.)
- Lead sourcing and initial screening of candidates for assigned openings.
- Assist Corporate Recruiting team with special projects as needed.
- Follow up with tasks such as but not limited to new hire start dates, spreadsheets, event registrations, meeting cancelations or changes.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation with advance notice.
- Assist with assigning New Hire online trainings.
- Present New Hire Orientation to several diffeent locations on Monday mornings.
- Asist with New Hire Orientation updates.
- Work Monday - Friday | Weekend requirements with advance notice.
