Job Position: Recruiter
Compensation: $31,000-$40,000/year based on experience
Location: 12331 N Rockwell Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73142
Job Summary:
Recruiter is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at our company. Internally, recruiters will work on processing applications, schedule interviews and send formal offer letters. They help onboard the candidate to their new employer’s team, assisting with all parts of their transition. Recruiters also help refine job descriptions to make sure they accurately reflect the needs of the company. Their duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through zoom interviews and posting job ads through our recruiting system.
Main Responsibilities:
- *Manage applications *Support existing applications *Identify problem areas with low application flow *Send and receive offer letters *Assist with new hire transitions *Identifying new hire needs *Posting and maintaining numerous job openings *Conducting interviews *Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements *Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. *Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. *Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. *Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Requirements:
- *Great verbal and written communication skills *Ability to stay on task and organized *The ability to conduct different types of interviews *Experience with recruitment processes and databases *The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies *Good decision-making skills *Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative *Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. *Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. *Ability to work well under pressure
Education:
- *Minimum of Associates degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or related field *Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
