DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for recruitment activities for the company in multiple stations nationally to ensure fulfillment of talent to meet the company’s growing demands.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure all positions are fully staffed by conducting detailed manpower planning to include succession planning for managers.
2. Manage job postings and seek out new, innovative avenues through which the company can reach potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial screening of credentials via telephone, discuss the position briefly and verify that the candidate is indeed still interested in the position and falls within the budget parameters of the position.
4. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
5. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
6. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
7. Complete timely reporting on recruitment activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recruiters must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email, and in person. This position requires focus and the ability to handle multiple job applications and requisitions on a daily basis. Spanish speaking a plus. Associates Degree and four years staffing/recruitment experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and two years’ experience in staffing/recruitment a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
