Corporate Recruiter (4-6 Month Contract)

Overview:

Reporting to the National Recruiting Director, the Contract Corporate Recruiter interacts to fill open positions and perform a variety of activities in support of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing appropriate candidates via web-based recruiting and other innovative methods.
• Scheduling interviews for Recruiters and/or Managers
• Posting of job descriptions on Internet sites.
• Conducting employment reference checks on candidates
• Screening resumes on Internet recruiting sites.
• Maintaining and updating contact records in our applicant tracking database.
• Virtually screen candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
• iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying for sales roles strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong computer aptitude to include the Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Must be highly motivated and have a high sense of urgency.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
