Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage full cycle recruiting on a variety of positions across Finance, Operations, and People & Culture, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and preparing offer letters for HQ.
- Consultant to hiring managers to develop an effective sourcing strategy to attract and hire a diverse pool of talent, providing consultancy and advising on strategy.
- Create a robust, always on recruiting strategy to build a constant talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key leaders to understand department key initiatives, evaluate talent needs and solutions for constantly evolving our recruiting practices.
- Create a brand-worthy candidate experience that is authentic to Vuori’s core values.
- Active in the market to identify strategies, trends, and tools to recruit external talent.
- Schedule and conduct phone, video and or in-person interviews.
- Contribute to building and implementing our employer branding strategy.
- Contribute to building and driving a data-driven function through measuring and tracking information to tell the story of what the Recruitment team is accomplishing and identifying gaps in productivity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement via measurement tools, scorecards, KPIs, and recruiting data.
- Assist with recruitment initiatives and lead projects.
- Stay current with hiring environments both internal and external.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Prior experience in apparel, fashion & retail industry a plus.
- In-house corporate recruiting experience desired. Effective sourcing skills with exposure to a variety of social platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- High sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills with all levels of leadership and team members.
- Collaborative, relationship driven with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Additional Information
Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000
