Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.
Summary
We have an immediate need for an on-siteCorporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team at our corporate office in Monroe Township, NJ, with a strong background in recruiting, interviewing and including HR knowledge. The incumbent should be motivated, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include
· Work with department heads as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles, while delivering outstanding support and service
· Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
· Source candidates utilizing tools such as job boards, Internet, cold-calling
· Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
· Collaborate closely with Sr. HR Manager and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs and goals are met
· Drive offer process including extending offers, negotiation when warranted, closing deal with candidates, etc.
· Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
· Other related duties as required by Manager
Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
· 3-5 years human resources experience, with knowledge of compliance and multi-state laws is required
· Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
· Strong experience using recruiting platforms required including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, as well as head-hunting
· Recruiting experience must include sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
· Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly desired
· Must exhibit strong verbal/written communication skills
· Effective interpersonal skills / customer service oriented / personable
· Maintain confidentiality and strong professionalism
· Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
· Self-managing and responsible, with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
· Strong team player and individual contributor able to work autonomously
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now a strong plus
