Job Description:

As our Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in the company, fueling both our online expansion and our personnel growth. You’ll be leading the charge in sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new entry level, and also, experienced Energy Independence Advisors. The growth of OMNI24 is mirrored in your results, with each successful hire translating to direct earnings—thanks to our unique 6% match on the commissions they generate from solar deals. This role is for the go-getters, the growth-seekers, and the game-changers, ready to take on a commission-based contractor position that rewards like no other. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard Energy Independence Advisors, with the flexibility to support the hiring of additional roles to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  • Collaborate with the OMNI24 team to align recruitment strategies with company goals and department-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to building a culture of success, philanthropy, and teamwork across all company levels.
  • Support the company's growth by adapting to dynamic recruitment needs, ensuring a responsive and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting OMNI24's values and vision to potential hires, the public, and your coworkers.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in the recruitment of sales professionals, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates about the vision and opportunities at OMNI24 Solar+Battery.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to not only achieve but to innovate and improve recruitment practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Stable internet connection and ability to make audio & video calls to candidates for conducting interviews when needed and in the extension of offers and onboarding.

Compensation:

The founder of OMNI24 Solar+Battery came from the world of recruiting and talent acquisition. Coming from that realm, he knows how hard it can be to earn above $150k, and so, he decided to create this unique recruiting position that was designed to give recruiters a path to earning up to $150k and beyond with a new compensation model that rewards recruiters generously & incentives long-term engagement with the company. For instance, when an Energy Independence Advisor you've recruited secures a solar deal, let’s say it was for a single-family home in Arizona, and that advisor earned a commission of $10,800 for that deal, you, as the Corporate Recruiter, will receive a $648 commission. Your commission, representing a 6% match of that sale, is our way of thanking you for your successful recruitment efforts — and it does not affect the advisor's earnings. With OMNI24 Solar+Battery, each solar deal your recruit makes results in a commission for you, entirely funded by the company. Our aim with this structure is to motivate you to bring on board individuals who will thrive as advisors.

Here's the real kicker: Our advisors typically earn commissions ranging from $3,000 to $12,000 per solar deal. For you, that translates to a potential $180 to $720 per sale on average, per advisor you've brought in. As you recruit more advisors and you have 10, 20, 30, 40 or more of your recruits making sales, your matched commissions could rapidly accumulate. This direct and rewarding compensation structure is our way of investing in your talent and celebrating your victories alongside you, without impacting the earnings of the advisors. Your skill in attracting the best is not just recognized but tangibly rewarded, paving the way for a prosperous and mutually beneficial partnership.
