Corporate Recruiter

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving our company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job descriptions to executing effective sourcing strategies and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to fulfill the company’s staffing needs, with a focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, offering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
• Lead negotiation processes, extending offers to candidates while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and budget.
• Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment practices, labor legislation, and industry-specific challenges.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Leverage data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, trends, and applicable labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle multiple positions and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
