Position Summary:

This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job descriptions to executing effective sourcing strategies and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to fulfill the company’s staffing needs, with a focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, offering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
- Lead negotiation processes, extending offers to candidates while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and budget.
- Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment practices, labor legislation, and industry-specific challenges.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
