Controller

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS

- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations

- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting

- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and tax filings

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships

- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- CPA designation is strongly preferred

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices

- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
