We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings - Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries - Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and messages - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Assist with vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships - Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work - Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask, we would love to hear from you.
