KLR Construction LLC is a family-owned construction business looking for a highly motivated and experienced construction Office Manager to join our team.
Position Summary:
In this position you will lead the various office activities at KLR Construction LLC. This will include coordinating administrative and project activities related to any and all construction projects, scheduling services, answering questions, filing paperwork, a number of support tasks for the managers of the construction teams to ensure the items are ordered and delivered to the residential homes and commercial projects, managing our marketing efforts and keeping the office team operating at peak performance.
This position will also entail interacting with vendors to place orders and keep track when orders are delivered to the job site along with performing searches to find the most cost-effective items to be ordered for the construction projects. The Office Manager will build long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
