SalaryThe Torrance Memorial IPA Compliance Coordinator works collaboratively with the Compliance Department and other department team members to process and complete various Compliance initiatives which include assisting in the monitoring of projects and meeting deadlines.
It is essential to be able to work collaboratively but also independently within the Compliance Department. Must be at ease working with all levels of leadership and staff within the company..
The Coordinator will assist in the collection and management of data for various Compliance Reports and Audits. They will manage Committee agendas, minutes, and record retention and support requests as directed by the Compliance Department, and Senior Management Team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient at acclimating to various new software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Work hours: business hours- 8:30AM-5:00PM.
After proven job success, remote work may be offered up to 4 days per week

Pay: $29.58 - $44.76 per hour
