Training And Compliance Coordinator

You will serve as a TRAINING AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR in the UTILITIES ELECTRICAL DIVISION of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Qualifications: GS-12 Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing safety AND COMPLIANCE programs for diverse utilities operations platforms; 2) Reviewing a safe practices manual to identify any discrepancies or potential conflicts; 3) Using computer software resources, such as Maximo, ESAMS and Microsoft to manipulate data from various reporting systems; and 4) Advising supervisory staff of unusual situations that do not conform to clearly establish policies or that affect other requirements.
GS-11 Requirements

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with the implementation of safety AND COMPLIANCE programs for diverse utility operations platforms; 2) Reviewing a safe practices manual to identify any discrepancies; 3) Using computer software resources, such as Maximo, ESAMS, and Microsoft to manipulate data; and 4) Identifying unusual situations that do not conform to establish policies or that affect other requirements.

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or
• 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or
• LL.M., if related
