Communication Specialist

Job Summary:*

As a Remote Communication Specialist at Bulman, Dunie, Burke & Feld, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand and reputation. You will work remotely to manage internal and external communications, engage with stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.

This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and implement communication strategies to support the organization's goals and enhance its brand.

2. Create engaging content for internal and external communication channels, including press releases, social media, newsletters, and website content.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

5. Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews.

6. Organize and oversee virtual events and webinars.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communication.

8. Assist in crisis communication management and provide support as needed.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a communication role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

6. Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.

7. Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

9. Knowledge of design software and video editing tools is a plus.

10. Experience in crisis communication is desirable.
