Warehouse Associate Needed

Manufacturer and distributor of snow removal products nationwide & in Canada seeking a Warehouse Manager at their Holland location. The Holland warehouse location needs a warehouse manager that can perform the physical and clerical duties required. This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate that depends upon experience, dependability, and energy level.

There is also growth availability within the warehouse manager role as additional skills are learned and as the employee becomes an essential part of the team.

* Inventory Management
o Organization and layout of all inventory items
Includes: Parts, Products, Shop Supplies, Office Supplies, etc.
Includes: All Daniels warehouse locations

Perform inventory cycle counts and spot counts as necessary
o Properly record and maintain all inventory within the Daniels
systems
o Use recorded data to work with the production team on ordering
timing & minimums and supply the sales team with current and up
to date inventories quantities and locations
o Manage and upkeep of all website data relating to inventory
* Assembly of Product and Parts
* Maintain and strengthen all vendor, customer, & logistic relations
* Oversee daily warehousing operations of inventory and logistics
* Maintain a safe, healthy, & fun work environment by establishing and
enforcing company standards and procedures
* Daily participation in warehouse activities, including quality assurance,
inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity,
shipping, and customer service
* Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general
maintenance when necessary
* Meet regularly with General Manager & ownership to analyze productivity
and develop actionable plans for company growth
* Follow warehouse procedures for transporting products to customers and
company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure
efficient delivery of packages

$18-19/hr
