We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Communications Specialist that will be a critical component of the franchise development marketing team working with multiple essential home service brands.

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Communications Specialist that will be a critical component of the franchise development marketing team working with multiple home service brands within our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create content that aligns with organizational goals and can be distributed across various channels, collaborating cross-functionally with the franchise sales team, fellow marketers, and strategic partners.
- Content Marketing Calendars: Develop, maintain, and organize franchise development content marketing calendars, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and other relevant channels.
- Partner Relationship Management: Manage partner relationships to identify and leverage strategic content opportunities, including PR and media placements.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain project reports to assist management in tracking and monitoring content marketing progress. Communicate media placements and brand updates with internal teams.
- Brand Representation: Act as a key team member representing Authority Brands in the development and implementation of strategic content marketing strategies. Attend regular brand meetings to provide updates on franchise development marketing efforts and communicate brand updates with the marketing team.
- Marketing Asset Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and digital marketing assets. Provide project management support to achieve franchise development marketing goals.
- Content Planning and Distribution: Coordinate with the communications staff to assist with content planning, creation, and distribution. Align content marketing efforts to support organizational goals, including social media, webinars, and internal communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
