As a Customer Service Representative - Communications Specialist, you will be the key link between our customers and subcontractors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless flow of information, address customer inquiries, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet and exceed service expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the communication and service delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and subcontractors.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and systems.
