- Review and coordinate annual renewals for quoting purposes, involving carrier rates and online systems
- Prepare renewal materials using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Add additional lines of coverage as needed
- Assist with meeting preparation by scheduling appropriate participants, ensuring timely delivery of renewal information
- Assist with renewal implementation
- First level response to client issues, including appropriate follows ups, working directly with Account Managers
- Maintain all required documentation needed for compliance of client files
- Administrative responsibilities including mail processing, ordering, answering phones, etc.
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
