Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Previous experience in payroll processing (multi-state experience is preferred).
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
The Payroll Specialist would be responsible for processing payroll weekly, providing excellent customer service to all employees, resolving discrepancies promptly, maintaining incoming withholding notices and garnishments, remaining the point-of-contact for employee verifications, maintaining confidentiality with employee information, and assisting with general ledger reconciliations.
Salary | $45,000 - $55,000
