What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting concentration preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate or private equity industry (7 years preferred).
- Experience with real estate funds/debt funds and fair value financial reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage variable workloads.
- CPA license and public accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and experience with Yardi software.
