NorthStar Insurance Services Inc is looking to expand its team with a Commercial Lines Account/Risk Manager. This role can be either hybrid or remote, it is your choice! You will collaborate with businesses to analyze their insurance needs, recommend tailored coverage options, and ensure their policies are up to date. Salary: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs, evaluate risks, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate and secure the best possible terms and pricing for clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account retention and revenue.
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the insurance industry.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Commercial Lines insurance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid insurance license(s) as required by state regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
