Clerical Assistant

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join our team. The Clerical Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences as needed

• Support Procurement Dept
• Provide Assistants to General Mgr and Accounting Dept

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
